Group Exercise Class

Core & More
A 30 minute class focused entirely on abdominal strengthening exercises and lower back stretching.

Total Body Conditioning
A whole body class that includes cardio intervals. Muscle groups are alternated with free weights, body bars, exercise tubing and balls for a fast paced, energy packed Interval Training Class

Body weigt cardio moves & intervals for 20 minutes, followed by weighted strength training moves for 20 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of core intensive style movements and stretching.

Restorative Yoga (Tuesdays)
Is a gentle, relaxing, passive form of yoga that allows students to relax and release the body into a gentle stretch that is held for as long as 10 minutes. This style makes use of a wide range of props, including bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets. The intention is to privide support within each pose, making it easier to completely let go.

Boot Camp
A combination of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. We may jump ropes, free weights, resistance bands and stability balls.

Vinyasa Yoga (Fridays)
A flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga", this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.

MAT Pilates
Class focuses on improving flexibility & strength for the total body, promoting physical harmony and balance.

Functional Circuit Training
Come enjoy this fun, high-energy class that will get your heart rate up, while we work on everyday movememnts that challenge your balance and overall strength.
