NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Bachelor of Science– Human Nutrition, Alix grew up in Powell, Ohio, where being active was a big part of her childhood. In addition to competitive cheerleading, Alix played recreational soccer and was a member of her middle and high school track & field team. After graduating from Olentangy Liberty High School, Alix received her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University in 2021. At the same time, Alix’s passion for integrative and holistic wellness led her to pursue a personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which she used to start her own business. Alix’s experience allows her to train any age, those with limitation or injury, in need of weight loss or weight gain, or an athlete of any caliber. She plans to pursue more certifications to expand her ability to help more people improve their health and quality of life.
